Miss Pink Beauty – Terms & Conditions

By submitting your entry and/or participating in the Miss Pink Beauty competition, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry Fees

1.1 All entry fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

1.2 If you are unable to attend the event after payment, your entry may be transferred to another Pink Beauty–operated system within twelve (12) months of the original competition date.

1.3 Transfer of entry is subject to written approval from Pink Beauty management and may be subject to additional fees where applicable.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Contestants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times, including during online interactions, rehearsals, events, and correspondence.

2.2 Any form of rudeness, harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow contestants, staff, judges, or organisers will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.

2.3 In such cases, no refund of fees will be issued and no title, prize, or placement will be awarded.

3. Media Release

3.1 By entering the competition, you grant Pink Beauty, its affiliates, and authorised representatives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, video footage, or other media taken of you during the finals or related events for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.

3.2 No further consent or compensation will be required for such use.

4. Personal Property

4.1 Contestants are solely responsible for their personal belongings during all stages of the event.

4.2 Pink Beauty, its staff, and venue partners accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, electronics, or pageant materials.

5. Agreement

By completing your entry and paying your entry fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
