Why we started Pink Beauty
Pink Beauty was founded with a heartfelt mission in mind. It all started when Kira's mum was diagnosed with breast cancer, inspiring Kira to create a platform that would raise awareness and support for those affected by the disease. What began as a charity pageant has blossomed into a renowned pageant company, celebrating beauty, strength, and resilience. Pink Beauty continues to honor its roots by promoting causes close to our hearts while providing a glamorous stage for contestants to shine and achieve their dreams.
Kira Salmon - Founder
My name is Kira, and I'm 15 years old. I started Pink Beauty for my mum, who was diagnosed with breast cancer. Initially, it began as a just a singular charity pageant to raise awareness and support for the cause, and I never imagined it would grow into the thriving pageant company it is today. I've been involved in pageantry for six years, holding multiple titles along the way. I'm incredibly passionate about this journey and can't wait to see who will be the next to hold a Pink Beauty title.

Charlotte Munday - Co Founder , Choreographer & Social Media Manger
My name is Charlotte, and the Pink Beauty Charity Pageant was the first pageant I ever attended. I originally went just to help out, but I ended up falling in love with the world of pageantry and knew I couldn't leave. I'm so happy to be back now as a Co-Director for Pink Beauty, where I can continue to be a part of this amazing journey and help others experience the magic of pageant land

Bianca Nicole - Head Coach
My name is Bianca, and I’m honoured to be co-directing pink beauty pageants, working alongside my fellow directors. With nearly nine years of experience in the pageant world, I have developed a deep passion for empowering participants and promoting self-confidence. The reason we started Pink Beauty is to raise awareness for breast cancer. I believe in the importance of inclusivity and diversity, striving to create an environment where everyone feels valued and celebrated. Through my role, I aim to inspire young individuals to embrace their unique qualities and pursue their dreams, while also fostering a sense of community and support among contestants. It’s a privilege to contribute to such a meaningful event that highlights beauty in all its forms.

Gabby Biddle - Head of Admssions
My name is Gabby, I am one of your Pink Beauty Directors. I am currently your Teen Diamond UK, where I’ll be journeying off to Wigan in August to compete in the Diamond Pageant. My advocacy is for Period Poverty and striving for Equality for Women within the educational scope of our society. I am so excited to be part of such a committed team and to bring my initiatives to the Team, working alongside the other dedicated Directors to make the experience for our finalists as special and PINK as possible! Francesca Beatrice
My name is Francesca and I’m 19 years old and a 2nd year Law Student at Oxford Brookes University.
I am is the founder of HEALING HANDS OF HOPE - a reach out project that supports local charity and food banks in Essex and also donates school supplies in the Philippines.
I am is also the creator of MY MIND MY VOICE - an online platform created to empower girls and boys, to develop sisterhood/brotherhood through storytelling & help raise voices to shape queens/kings with their causes and purpose.
I have has done commercial modelling for Lenovo, The Entertainer Toy shop and Morrisons to name a few. She also walked for different fashion shows in London & Milan.
I have held national title and an international title - Teen Diamond UK 21 & Europe 22, Teen Regency International 23, and currently International Junior Miss Great Britain Teen 25 competing in Orlando Florida from Dec 31-Jan 4.
